Book the preservation of your flowers

Fill in the form to secure your spot. Within 3 working days you will receive your quote confirmation and the next steps.

How the process works

  1. Fill in the form

    Fill in the form with your event details and preferences. The process takes just a few minutes.

  2. Confirmation and quote

    Within the next 3 working days, you will receive the total service cost and deposit payment details. If your event is 6 months or more away, it may take a little longer: we reply in order of how close the date is.

  3. Deposit payment

    The 30% deposit must be paid within 24 hours. The booking is only confirmed after payment.

To request your booking, fill in the form with your event details and preferences. Within the next 3 working days, you will receive a quote confirmation and deposit payment instructions. If your event is 6 months or more away, it may take a little longer: we reply first to those whose date is closest.

How do you prefer we communicate with you?

Choose the contact method most convenient for you. You can change this preference later.

Even if you prefer to be contacted by WhatsApp, we ask for an email as a backup contact.

Even if you prefer to be contacted by email, we ask for a mobile number as a backup contact. We will only use it in urgent situations, such as a potential delay in receiving your flowers.

The event

Enter the date of the wedding, baptism or other event. Flowers should ideally be sent within 1 to 3 days of the event.

Type of event

So we can personalise our communication with you.

The city where the event took place (or will take place). Just the city is enough.

Indicate the types of flowers (roses, orchids, wildflowers, etc.) and the type of arrangement (bouquet, boutonnière, centrepiece, crown, etc.). If you don’t have this information yet, leave it blank.

Would you like more than one main frame?

You can order more than one main frame. For this, you will usually need to send us more flowers than just the bouquet (for example, from the arrangements, the tables or the decoration). If in doubt, talk to us before booking. Please note: these are not the small extra frames (20×25 cm), those are requested further down, under the optional extras.

UltraVue® museum glass is the same glass used in museums: it virtually eliminates reflections and filters up to 70% of UV rays, protecting the colours of the flowers for decades. It is optional and carries an additional cost that depends on the frame size: 45€ for 30x40, 65€ for 40x50 and 115€ for 50x70. Without this option the frame comes with standard glass and the price stays the same.

Would you like to include any extra element in your frame?

There is no additional cost. You can add items with symbolic or emotional value. If you select any option, please hand the elements over with the flowers.

Ideal as gifts for parents, godparents, siblings or friends. Each extra frame is priced at €90 (20×25 cm).

If you have any design preferences, please indicate them here. After preservation, we'll always send you a photo of the flower arrangement before they are glued, so you can request any adjustments you wish before the final finishing of the frame.
